According to biorhythm theory, our lives are affected by three primary biorhythm cycles: Physical, Emotional, and Intellectual. The cycles start at birth and fluctuate at different rates over our lifetimes.

In this handy application you can determine your biorhythmic state for today, tomorrow or any date. Want to see how you might feel before a big date or meeting next week? Enter that future date.

In order to see your biorhythms enter your birthday and the target date.

Set Date:
Select either your birthday or the target date with cursor keys (or 2 Key and 8 Key). You can change the selected date by pressing Fire (or 5 Key). In the date editing window you can move the cursor from day, month and year by pressing the Keypad Left (or 4 Key) or the Keypad Right (or 6 Key). Adjust the day, month or year with the Keypad Up (or 2 Key) or Keypad Down (or 8 Key). After setting the dates you can change to graph mode by pressing the 0 Key.

View Graph:
You can change the displayed day by pressing Keypad Up (or 2 Key) or Keypad Down (or 8 Key). A detailed description of selected day graph will occur after pressing the Fire Key (or 5 Key).
